JOB DESCRIPTION General Responsibilities: The Manager is responsible for leading the Department to effectively manage capital expenditures for existing properties and Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and assist in new build and renovations. The Director must possess outstanding communications, team leadership and organizational skills. They must monitor all assigned projects to ensure compliance with budget guidelines agreed upon and to manage the corresponding purchasing for these projects.
